Our story with coffee began more than 60 years ago, in a family that has lived it up close, generation after generation.

First with Cafés Brasilia, in the 60s. Then with Cafés Haitin, in '87.

Today, that relationship continues with Caffè di Spezia.

Three generations is a long time. Time to learn, get things wrong, fine-tune and truly understand the craft.

But Spezia isn't born of that experience alone.

It's also born of a new generation and a new way of enjoying coffee.

Of a more current outlook, more in tune with its time and with what we value today.

That's why we do things the way we do. Cutting out the nonsense.
