Can I swap any coffee in the pack?The pack is fixed with these three because they go brilliantly together at this time of year. If you'd rather make your own mix, all 16 whole bean origins are available individually in the shop.

Will they work with my coffee machine?Yes: choose the grind that matches your coffee machine (moka pot, espresso, filter, French press…) or order whole beans if you grind your own.

Which grind should I choose?It depends on how you make coffee at home. Here's a quick summary:

Whole bean (unground)If you have a grinder at home. Grind just before brewing for maximum aroma.

Extra-coarse · Cold brewFor cold coffee: steep in cold water for 12 to 24 hours.

Coarse · French press, ChemexFor French press and Chemex. Slow extraction, a clean cup, no grounds.

Medium-coarse · Filter, dripFor drip coffee machines and filter methods such as V60 or Kalita.
